Friday afternoon calls for a yoga session in Pinaroo Park!
This is always such a fun activity for the students to enjoy on a Friday afternoon because it gets them nice and relaxed & ready for the weekend.

This afternoon Lexis Noosa students enjoyed a relaxing hour of yoga in Pinaroo Park.
The students learnt many different types of stretches and some great tips on how to relax & meditate!

This afternoon our Lexis Noosa students went to the park for a Yoga lesson with Joti.
This activity will leave you relax and stress free ready to enjoy whatever the weekend brings you!!

I love healthy food.

Reading a book and working out.

Watching TV/movies with subtitles, it really helps improve one’s English.
