YMCA – Activities

Wondering what the YMCA tour group have been up to?

After an eventful morning learning English the YMCA tour group were ready to get to the beach. Their activity for the day was bodyboarding and they were so excited to learn how to do this because this was a very new activity for them.

The activity started with a safety talk just to explain how the ocean works and what they should expect in the water as it was quite a windy day.

After that it was time to get into the water! The students were a little bit nervous to start with but after the instructor pushed them into a few waves they were ready to catch them on their own.

What a beautiful afternoon to spend by the beach!
