I am a yoga teacher and I used to run donation based yoga events in Melbourne and they’ve always been so much fun.
This event is donation based which means if you are able to pay something (suggested donation 5$) that’s cool but if not that’s also cool.

For beginners and advanced, old or young. Just come along with a towel or yoga mat, water and maybe a sweater or something else in case it gets cold.
Great to start the day right, get some you time and also meet new, fun people.

It’ll be a vinyasa flow that will challenge you but reward you with relaxation afterwards 🙂 we are doing a small mediation in the end as well! 🧘🏽‍♀🧘🏽‍♂

Send me a DM if you have any questions

See you all there 🙂
