Looking for a job and need some help writing your resume? Than look no further, our job workshop on Tuesday @ 2.00 pm is the activity that you need to do! We give you helpful hits, correct your resume and even print the finished product for you.

Looking for something to do on the Wednesday? The Ekka is on! The Royal Queensland Show affectionately known as Ekka is Brisbane’s largest cultural festival, and an annual event held at the Brisbane Showgrounds.

The Ekka showcases the best of Queensland with animal competitions, award-winning food and wine, live entertainment, carnival fun, family shopping, educational activities and much more. It’s a true Queensland experience and one not to be missed.

Lexis Noosa students will be meeting up at Village Bicycle for some drinks Thursday 17th August 2017 from 6pm! Village Bicycle provides a perfect atmosphere for student night. Loud music, amazing drinks and plenty of dancing. Sign up at reception!

Anyone wanting to play beach soccer? Friday afternoon is the day for you! Sign up at reception if you would like play or watch. Sounds like a perfect Friday afternoon to me!

Afternoon class activities!

How exciting is it when everything starts getting busy again ! The school is growing bigger and better every week as the year progresses. So Lexis Noosa has given the opportunity for our afternoon students to participate in our morning activities.

Today the students tried Stand Up Paddle Boarding for the first time which is a great activity to get you motivated for classes later on in the day. This activity is a  perfect mix of energy and relaxation as they paddle down & around the Noosa River.

Poster Week 2

YMCA – Activities

Wondering what the YMCA tour group have been up to? 

After an eventful morning learning English the YMCA tour group were ready to get to the beach. Their activity for the day was bodyboarding and they were so excited to learn how to do this because this was a very new activity for them.

The activity started with a safety talk just to explain how the ocean works and what they should expect in the water as it was quite a windy day.

After that it was time to get into the water! The students were a little bit nervous to start with but after the instructor pushed them into a few waves they were ready to catch them on their own.

What a beautiful afternoon to spend by the beach!

Welcome to our eight new starters for the week! 

Today we welcome people from all over the world. It’s so wonderful when you get a range of nationalities on a Monday so that everyone can interact and learn about all the different cultures. All the way from Korea we have Woo Hyun, Seoae, Jimin and Yeonjin, from Brazil we have Mateus, Italy – Ivana, Switzerland – Vanessa & Japan – Nana.

Welcome to our 9 new students today!

We have students from Germany, Switzerland, Japan, Brazil, France, China and Austria joining us at Lexis Noosa today.  We would like to give a big welcome to Lena, Anauile, Yan, Gina, Daniel, Isabela, Johannes, Andy and Summer. We hope you have a wonderful time in Noosa! Don’t forget to say hello if you see them around the school.
