Games Afternoon at Noosa

This afternoon we pulled out every game from our storeroom and had a fun filled delicious afternoon playing all different types of games with some amazing snacks! Yum Yum!!

Our games included Jenga, Uno, Connect Four, Monopoly, Twister, Pictionary and a brand new foosball table!

Today our Lexis Noosa students battled it out against each other for eternal glory as the greatest player at Lexis Noosa!!

16 players have entered in the competition and and by the end we will only have 1 winner.

Congratulations to our first place winner, Javier!! Pol came in at second place and third place went to Luca.

Congratulations everyone!!!! Thanks for playing and can’t wait to see you all on the next activity.

Noosa National Park

Today our students went exploring at the Noosa National Park.

Park 5

Nestled on the doorstep of the famous tourist town of Noosa, this popular park features some of South East Queensland’s most picturesque scenery. Discover secluded beaches, rugged coastal features and views from the iconic headland at Noosa Heads. Spot dolphins frolicking in the ocean at Boiling Pot and Dolphin Point, and be thrilled as thunderous waves crash into the rocks below Hell’s Gates. Keep your eyes peeled for a diverse range of wildlife that live in the park, from sleepy koalas perched on branches to glossy black-cockatoos squawking overhead.

100 Santas gather in Noosa for the iconic Santa Claus Pub Crawl. Santa suit is included with your ticket. We are donating $5 from each ticket to a local charity.

We will also have prizes drawn at each venue along the way so don’t be late and make sure you have been a good santa!

Christmas Desserts in Cooking Option

The class made 3 no-bake desserts today using some fresh local fruit.  The strawberry ice-cream and passion fruit cheesecake were a big hit! The chocolate mini-puddings flew off the plate and everyone enjoyed the Christmas crossword whilst we ate!

This afternoon the Lexis Noosa students tasted some delicious Australian Food.

It looks like everyone had a wonderful time trying Aussie Food. I wondering what Aussie food was their favourite?!?!

Aussie food that the Lexis Noosa students tried today was Vegemite, Fairy Bread, Milo, Tim Tams, Anzac Biscuits, Lamingtons, Caramello Koalas, musks, Red Frogs, Macadamia Nuts and Pasito. Yum Yum!!!!

  • Exceptional customer service, serving food to elderly residents
