Mersey Valley Classic is a very versatile cheese that is perfect for a platter, as a snacking cheese or for use in cooking.

TRILOGY CLUB CHEDDAR

This trilogy club cheese takes vintage cheddar and pairs it with Mediterranean-inspired ingredients like summery herbs and sundried tomatoes. Just one nibble will have you hooked. The South Cape Trilogy range includes 3 cheeses, each cleverly combined with a selection of unique flavours.

JINDI TRIPLE CREAM BRIE

As a dessert cheese, the Jindi Triple Cream is very rich and full flavoured. Its butter- like texture melts in your mouth and the taste lingers for some time. Beneath the white mould bloom lies a glorious golden interior.

Lexis Style

Assessment and Reporting Lexis Style

At Lexis, our 360 degree support is also reflected in our Assessment and reporting.  On arrival, student visa holders are given a detailed study plan during their initial interview which is given to their teachers and also forwarded to their agents.

During their second week, all students are given a feedback survey and asked to report on their class, their teacher and the administration staff. We also check if everything is fine with their accommodation and host families. For our student visa holders, this is followed up by a personal interview with the academic manager. This way, any initial problems or worries can be resolved quickly and efficiently.

Every four weeks, all students will have a personal interview with their class teacher and receive a full written report.

Sam and student

The teacher will address each English skill, and how the student is progressing compared to their initial testing and for the level that they are studying in. They are given academic advice and suggestions for GIL (guided individual learning). The student also completes a report on their teacher and learning. This 360 degree reporting enables us to monitor our students and our academic teaching methods and ensure the best possible outcomes.

Every student will receive a final exit report and certificate in their last week.  The student is asked to complete a detailed exit survey to give us feedback on all areas of their Lexis Noosa experience including accommodation and activities.

Never Too Late To Learn English

Sabina and Jacki

RSPCA Cupcake Day @ Lexis Noosa

ATTENTION LEXIS NOOSA STUDENTS

RSPCA Cupcake Day gathers bakers from across the nation to make a stand for animal welfare. Absolutely 100 per cent of funds raised through your baking efforts will help rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome the 135,000 animals that come through RSPCA shelters every year.

Cupcake Day is on

Wednesday 23rd August

READY. SET. BAKE!

Every dollar you raise will change the lives of animals in need.

The RSPCA receives less than two per cent of our funding from the government, so we rely on the generosity of people like you. The money you raise will rescue animals from cruelty and prepare them for their forever homes, by providing shelter, nourishment, veterinary treatment and rehabilitation.

If you sell each cupcake for a humble $2:

  • 12 cupcakes can provide an orphaned kitten with a bed, litter tray, meals and a toy.
  • 25 cupcakes can cover one week of antibiotics for an animal recovering from surgery.
  • 50 cupcakes can de-sex a cat or dog so they can be adopted.
  • 120 cupcakes can subsidise emergency surgery for an animal.
  • 175 cupcakes can subsidise the cost of prosecuting a cruelty offender in court.
