This afternoon our customer service students transformed the tried and true movie activity into a delightful gold class experience. They drew upon their movie vocabularies as they visited different classes to promote the event and present the different choices of movie genres. They took into account all the elements that make a gold class cinema so special and worked hard to replicate the experience and even threw in a few lucky door prizes.
As they entered the Lexis Cinema, the audience could visit the snack bar and receive ice-cream and fresh, buttery popcorn. Of course, gold class wouldn’t be complete without replenishing the audience with more snacks part way through the film. The customer service class truly did work hard to provide Lexis Noosa with a comfortable and enjoyable afternoon at the movies.

Well, that is exactly what happened this afternoon at Lexis Noosa.
The students were treated to an afternoon of laughter, entertainment and of course wine, all served by the Customer Service Class run by Maria.
If you had any questions about the wine, the students were ready to answer with a wealth of knowledge.
