Dominik first came to Lexis Noosa in 2017 and studied for a few months with Charmaine in General English. He was a great asset to have in the Cooking Option in the afternoon class. He shared his expert knowledge with the class and he improved his vocabulary about food. After he left he went travelling to Cairns and then south all the way to Kangaroo Island.

Dominik always had a dream to work in Europe in a group of international chefs. He worked with world renowned chef Anton Mosmann in London making and serving food at Wimbledon Tennis and at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.

Domink returned to Lexis Noosa in September 2018 to further improve his English and to travel some more around Australia. He did a road trip to Agnes Water last weekend and he has more travel dreams to fulfill.
