This afternoon in our customer service option class with Maria our students prepared a speech to advertise our new Beauty House Academy courses.
Their speech consisted of 3 parts:
1. Introducing themselves.
2. Explain why they have come to visit.
3. Thanking the customer for their time.
They spent the afternoon practicing their speeches in class and with a partner before heading out and talking to people in Noosa Junction. The class had a lot of fun rehearsing their speeches and refining their language before they met people. The class have looked at customer service in different situations such as a hotels, restaurants and clothes shops. It’s a great way to learn some new skills and improve our speaking.
