This afternoon Lexis Noosa students enjoyed a surf lesson down at Noosa Main Beach. Considering the temperature is 33 degrees today i’m sure the students were more than happy to spend the afternoon in the water.
The lesson only costs the students $30 and lasts for 2 hours. I think that is a pretty great activity. Especially in this beautiful weather.
This afternoon we tried six different wines from across Australia and the New Zealand regions. Starting off with Brown Brothers Moscato (which I think was the students favourite), Hardys Stamp of Australia Savignon Blanc, Toi Toi Marlborough Pinot Gris, Yalumba Y Series Sangiovese Rose, Hardys Stamp of Australia Shiraz and the Jacobs Creek Merlot. Delicious!!
Oh course there wouldn’t be wine tasting without a cheese platter 🙂
Thank you to everyone who came along to our wine tasting session! We hope you enjoyed your activity!
A huge congratulations to our 7 graduating students today at Lexis Noosa! We are so proud of these boys Mubarak, Faris, Mohammed, Hussain, Abdulkarim, Abdulaziz & Khalid. The Saudi Arabian boys will now go to Beckers to complete flight school for their Military. Goodluck for the future boys! We will all miss you here at Lexis Noosa.
What could be better than a pancake breakfast! This morning we cooked a lovely breakfast for our students that are in the afternoon Sunset classes. After eating loads of food and drinking Australia’s famous MILO we played a couple of games of UNO and had a great laugh.
Every Thursday our amazing teacher Tanya teaches a pronunciation workshop. In this workshop Tanya will teach the students exactly how to pronounce tricky words in the English language. They always have a lot of fun! To see them in action head to our facebook page Lexis English | Noosa.
