Healthy Cooking Kitchen: Curry Cooking Class

Yesterday, we had a fun cooking class where 8 students created a delicious healthy Massaman Curry from scratch. We used all fresh herbs and spices to develop our paste and then added some puree pumpkin, soy and almond milk, coconut cream with some chicken and extra chunks of pumpkin.

The result was fantastic, with a delicious dish that was served with fresh coriander and cashew nuts.
