Beach Yoga

Our morning beach yoga session allows us to reconnect our minds back to the body. It is not all about standing on our heads, it is about calming the mind and becoming present. In the beautiful natural surrounding of Sunshine Beach, we are able to use our breath to move in and out of different Asana poses, allowing us to be in and enjoy the present moment and appreciate how lucky we are to live in such a beautiful place.
