Taiwanese Cooking Class

Today, we were joined by Chef Chen (Lexis Noosa Student) in the kitchen, to cooking up a storm with one of his favourite dishes from his home country, Taiwan. The recipe required a kilogram of chicken, a cup of sesame seed oil, soy sauce, and beer with eight cloves of garlic,10g of ginger and 2 cups of fresh basil seasoned with a teaspoon of salt.

And to top it off, we washed the meal down with some Chinese beer, Tsingtao! Mmmmmmmmm!
