Friday afternoon activities usually involve something delicious and something to kick start the weekend. Today’s activity didn’t disappoint; with a cheese fondue cooking classes followed by a glass of sauvignon blanc or beer. We had Swiss Chef, Ben and assistant Taiwanese chef Chen conducting the cooking class making this traditional Swiss dish.
The students gathered around with their french bread stick and all had a chance to try this delicious creation. Thanks again Ben and Chen- next time Chen will be cooking a traditional Taiwanese dish, I cant wait!!
