Beach Meditation

Meditation produces a clearing of the mind in ways that promote a sense of calm and heightened awareness. Today’s guided meditation session took the students on a journey to a dessert Island. A place where they could feel at easy and away from any tension or stress in their life. After the journey they returned back to reality where they were able to walk up the beach in complete silence and allow their thoughts to pass in their mind and focus on being completely present in this moment.
