National Park Walk and Surfing

The Noosa National Park walk is a great way to introduce the new students to the beautiful natural landscapes of Noosa. The hike from school allows the students to explore Noosa Main Beach before heading around to the different points of Noosa including First Point, Little Cove, Nationals and then enter into the Noosa National Park coast track and up towards Boiling Point for lovely views over towards Rainbow Beach and down towards Tea Tree Bay.

There are multiple tracks to discover through the National Park, with the coast track being the most popular. The students then made their way to Tea Tree Bay, and along the tracks you can regularly spot the local Koala that habitats this area due to the large amount of gum trees, before heading up to Dolphin Point lookout in search of some Mammals.  From Dolphin Point the students can view Granite Bay and keep on walking towards Hells Gates for views of Alexandria Bay. On the way back through, the keen surfers of the group ie; Tomo and Lox were able to catch some waves at Nationals and Little Cove 🙂 🙂Image
