Join her on Tuesday afternoons for a one hour health and nutrition cooking class which includes healthy eating principles along with specific nutritional information with each individual recipe. Students will receive a handout of recipes and nutrition information at each class.

– Raw Foods. How to create delicious foods without any cooking?
– Super foods. The hype on super foods and how to utilise these foods in our meals?
– International Cooking Class: Foods from Asia
-Vegetarian and vegan eating. How to meet all the known nutrient needs.
