Yoga for surfers

Today Lexis English stretched and bent themselves silly with some yoga action courtesy of the delightful Anj.  

Yoga for Surfers focused on strengthening the core, shoulders and stretching the hip sockets.  It was a fantastic way to

build up the muscles required for our students to become excellent surfers.
